& Terms of Service
1. Consultations
Every PRISTINE SPLENDOUR experience begins with a personalized consultation, an intimate design session where your vision is carefully interpreted and refined.
During this session, we explore silhouette, fabric, colour, and detailing while offering professional guidance to ensure your piece reflects both your personality and the brand’s signature finish.
- Consultations are held in person at our studio or virtually via approved platforms
- A non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your appointment (credited toward your final invoice)
- Clients may attend with up to two guests
- All consultations are strictly by appointment and confirmed upon payment
- Clients are encouraged to share inspiration or references. Our role is to translate these ideas into a design that feels personal, elevated, and distinctly yours.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
We value structure, punctuality, and respect for time.
- Appointments are expected to begin promptly
- Rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of your booking
- Rebookings are subject to availability
PRISTINE SPLENDOUR reserves the right to adjust schedules in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be provided.
3. Measurements
Precision is essential to achieving the signature PRISTINE SPLENDOUR fit.
Clients are strongly advised to attend in person for measurements. Where this is not possible, professionally taken measurements may be submitted.
- Clients must inform us of any body changes that may affect fit
- We are not responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided
For international clients, guidance and measurement templates will be provided where necessary.
4. Design Development & Approval
Following consultation, a design concept and fabric direction will be presented for approval.
Once approved:
- Changes to design, fabric, or detailing may incur additional costs
- Adjustments may affect delivery timelines
All designs, sketches, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of PRISTINE SPLENDOUR and may not be replicated or shared.
5. Fittings
Achieving a refined finish requires a structured fitting process.
- Each garment typically requires up to three (3) fittings
- Fittings must begin at least four (4) weeks before the event
- Clients are expected to attend all scheduled fittings
For international clients, fittings may be conducted virtually where necessary.
Failure to attend fittings or opting out of the process may affect the final outcome, for which PRISTINE SPLENDOUR will not be held responsible.
6. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit (typically 70%) is required to commence production
- The balance must be completed before delivery or collection
- Payments may be made via approved channels
Delays in payment may affect production timelines or result in order cancellation.
7. Delivery & Collection
Garments are released upon full payment.
Clients are advised to inspect their garments upon receipt.
Once a piece leaves our studio, PRISTINE SPLENDOUR is not responsible for:
- Damage
- Alterations made elsewhere
- Fit issues arising after collection
International deliveries are available. Shipping and customs costs are borne by the client.
8. Alterations
Minor refinements identified during fittings are included.
Additional changes requested after final approval may:
- Attract extra charges
- Extend completion timelines
9. Client Privacy & Confidentiality
Discretion is a core value at PRISTINE SPLENDOUR.
All client information, measurements, and consultations are treated with strict confidentiality.
Images of garments may only be used for promotional purposes with client consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by PRISTINE SPLENDOUR, including designs, sketches, and patterns, remains the exclusive property of the brand.
Reproduction or imitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Agreement & Governing Law
By engaging with PRISTINE SPLENDOUR, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All agreements are governed under the laws of Ghana.

Important: The Consultation Fee is non-refundable and confirms your appointment booking.
Agreement: By proceeding with this booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
